• Served as the Operations and Readiness Division Noncommissioned Officer in Charge overseeing 5 NCO’s in their daily preparation of consolidating top secret information for the FORSCOM leadership
• Project manager over aviation simulators programs and Miles programs. Conducts studies, evaluates technical solutions in support of the use of fielded training support materials such as aviation equipment and training.
• Planned and implemented the Forces Command Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer competition a 6 day event with excellent results receiving commendation for performance by the Deputy Commanding General
• Was handpicked by the FORSCOM G3/5/7 SGM to be the lead planner on the Soldier 2020 Female integration exercise; a Cheif of Staff of the Army initiative.

• Served as the Program Manager for Equal Opportunity and Sexual Harassment andResponse at a Division Headquarters for over 23,000 service members
• Advised the Division Commander, a two star General Officer, on EO and Sexual Assault/Harassment matters both in garrison and a deployed environment (Afghanistan)
• Instructed and trained over 350 of the Divisions Equal opportunity Leaders
• Planned, resourced and executed monthly Ethnic observances in recognition the diverse culture that exists in our country and our military

• Presided over all facilities associated with organization, including housing occupancy, maintenance, office space utilization, and grounds upkeep
• Deployed a Company element of over 150 Paratroopers to Afghanistan accounting for personnel safety and accountability and millions of dollars of equipment without loss or damage
