Responsible for driving sales of HireVue's game-changing Digital Interviewing Platform in NY, MA, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT with a focus on companies between 3000-15000 employees.• Quota exceeding results. Focus on Enterprise accounts between 3,000 - 15,000 employees in size.• Initial pilots on average range between $15-30K over 6 months and quickly develop into 6 figure ACV accounts.• Some of my net new Logos won: Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, NYSE, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, LivingSocial, UnderArmour, Buca Di Peppo/Planet Hollywood and Towne Park. • Developed a more structured and formatted ROI process earlier in the sales cycle to increase initial deal size.• Utilize Challenger sales approach that helps position disruptive technology through a process of teaching, tailoring and taking control of the sales process. • Participate in Trade shows, collaborate with vendor partners, and leverage social media contacts and tools to generate lead flow.
