• Lead and assist with the design, production, implementation of instructional materials that meet National Common Core and International Baccalaureate Standards of Student Success.• Maximize student performance through consistent formative assessment and feedback.• Developing social media-based communications (blogs, Prezi, Twitter, Weebly, Facebook, etc.) to communicate goals and objectives, as well as student progress to parents and students.• Draft, proofread, and prepare data for analysis of objectives for external evaluation and analysis.• Participate in collection, review, analysis, and reporting data and metrics of student growth and achievement to state, national, and international committees for further evaluation and analysis.• Coordinate community outreach events (library conferences, book festivals, internships, mentorships, etc.) designed to engage and encourage student/community relations and interactions.• Arrange meetings with faculty, parents, students, or out-of-district administration.• Design, implement, and maintain school and classroom websites designed to communicate objectives and focused standards to students, parents, and the community.• Collect and respond to both quantitative and qualitative data from student assessment that displays annual achievement of goals and objectives from state, national, and international standards.• Independently research and implement progressive strategies of classroom pedagogy and instruction, as well as providing feedback and data from implementation.• Regularly coordinate, implement, and engage faculty and students with new instructional strategies and curriculum to colleagues, administration, from inside and outside school districts through professional developments of best practices.• Participate in activities, meetings, and other community activities that display district and department core values.• Engage with faculty and students to promote success, research, and civic engagement.
