I spent many years working in bakeries in South Australia where my interest grew into a passion.I competed in the LA Judge Award as well as BakeSkills, The Ron Gillespie Awards and any other local competitions I could enter into. I moved onto TAFESA Regency Food Schools Bakery Department where I taught Bread, Cake and Pastry classes, then Bakers Delight Australia and New Zealand cooperate office managing their product development, recipe book improvements, bakery training and technical assistance as well as producing product for photo shoots, TV commercials and other marketing activities. I traveled through Australia and New Zealand running baking competitions and product improvement workshops and had the opportunity to spend time baking through Europe where I developed my artisan skills further. After leaving Bakers Delight, I worked for Vanrooy Machinery as their Bakery Specialist running demonstrations, training and commissioning of new machine and providing any technical assistance required. Then I was shifted to Allied (Mills) Pinnacle as the RFS Bakery Technical Manager working with costumers from supermarkets to multinational franchises. Currently I am working for Yarrows looking after their customers throughout Victoria.
