I am an award-winning education journalist with more than a decade of experience working for national magazines and newspapers. As reporter and then digital editor of Times Higher Education, I worked across the magazine's print and online platforms, and oversaw all the editorial aspects of its digital and social media presence. Before that I was news reporter and news editor for national education newspaper SecEd.Since February 2018 I have been freelance. In this capacity I am assistant editor (HE) at Research Professional, and write regularly for the Times Educational Supplement.
