As Vice President of Sales, I manage an incredible team of retention and acquisition sales professionals who span our three divisions within Nuvodia. As General Manager I lead our Radiology Informatics business unit including the P&L. Our team focuses on offering enterprise healthcare software and professional services to rural health organizations across the US.

Tasked with sales leadership of a 110 person technology services and consulting firm with annual revenue exceeding 25M. Nuvodia’s consulting product suite includes traditional IT consulting specialties within Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, EMC, Dell, and a full line of managed and hosted technology services. The more focused radiology services include SaaS offerings for picture archiving communication systems (PACS), voice recognition platforms (VR), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Workflow optimization solutions, Cardiology PACS, ECG Management and Integration engines. Consulting services focus on Radiology workflow and project management services. Responsible for leadership in the creation and execution of yearly revenue expectations, new lines of business, new partnerships, organizational alignment, and sales process methodology. Responsible for client relations including overall client satisfaction with all Nuvodia services and effective client positioning. Exceeded targets every year through effective recruitment, development, coaching, and overall team leadership. Designed individual compensation and incentive plans. Created rigid sales performance metrics and enthusiastically celebrated successes.

I launched my IT career with att serving a broad client base in southern California. I began managing 40 clients and 4 million in telecommunications revenue focused on traditional voice and data services as an account manager and finished leading an incredible team and managing 50 Million in revenues as a technical sales director covering Orange and San Diego county.
