As well as, training new clients on Skyplan’s web-based flight planning software.

◼ Maintenance of dispatcher personnel records and customer operations manuals.◼ Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies, as well as promoting industry best practices.◼ Continued to fulfill all responsibilities of the Manager of Training position.

◼ Responsible for the organization, scheduling, and administration of dispatcher training programs in both scheduled (airline) and non-scheduled (corporate) flight operations.◼ Contributed to the development and implementation of training manuals and course materials.◼ Provided assistance with the selection of new flight operations staff.◼ Providing on-call assistance for dispatchers.

◼ Charged with ensuring the safe, orderly, and expeditious operation of various flight departments, while maximizing route efficiency and maintaining regulatory compliance.◼ Responsible for planning and flight watch in CARS 705 type A and B operational control systems.◼ Ensured timely and accurate dissemination of hazard/incident reports in accordance with several TC approved Safety Management Systems.
