Job Purpose:To ensure the delivery of Deodorant/Antiperspirant innovations into the Unilever Global supply chain. My key account-abilities for this role are as follows1.Lead the process agenda for a given Deodorant Product Innovation & Main Plant Trials, working to project timings.2.Deputise for the Process Development Manager.3.Design and own experimental plan, write technical reports including recommendations for global distribution & implementation with functional colleagues4.Demonstrate expert Processing/ Ingredient interaction & Sourcing Unit knowledge in order to scientifically scale up, problem solve & predict outcomes.5.Actively seek out new process routes & technologies, leading discussions with external suppliers being cognisant of specific confidentiality agreements.6.Accountable for the Safety in Manufacturing & Supply (Simas) & Process Safety of a given Project/ Applicator7.As a recognised expert act as a consultant & influence outcomes within the Global Manufacturing Supply Chain. 8.Define & recommend process specification with autonomy.9.Responsible for building technical expertise within Process & Formulation teams using coaching & influencing skills to build processing capability.10.Responsible for ensuring the Pilot Plant operates to a world class standard, including the raising of Capitol Expenditure.

Responsible for formulating across a range of personal products from Creams/lotions, Shampoos/shower gels then finally specialising in Antiperspirant/deodorant technologies.

Co owner and Director of busy Leeds Nightclub. Responsible for Musical direction of club and liaising with promoters to ensure smooth running of club nights. Occasional acting manager overseeing day to day running of club, hiring new staff, financial management, marketing etc.
