I am a child of God first and foremost. The son of a wonderful mother that raised us by herself. The husband to a woman that has stood the test of time. The father of three of the greatest people I know. It is my mission to encourage leaders from all areas of business and faith to lead more deeply. To care about those that lead and to bring value to those relationships that leave a forever lasting impression. It should be the purpose of all leaders to have such an impact that those they come into contact with are left by there example with a hunger to search out others and to pay it forward if they choose to lead. Everything rises and falls with leadership. I am determined to be a riser for all leaders to get just a little bit better today.
