Reporting directly to the Board of Directors I manage the day to day running of the business.Deal with all UK suppliers.Liaise with Far Eastern suppliers over new product development.Introduce Quality procedures with relevant personnel.Ensuring KPI's are set up and monitored for all staff members.Managing the marketing activities of the company, along with website development.Manage budgets and forecasts for both sales and purchasing purposes.Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the Directors based on sales and stocking levels.
