Assisted the Design and Estimating Departments through pricing and Submission of Design and Fabrication / Installation Proposals of prefabricated elements for the Universal Studios Orlando, FL Harry Potter Village Expansion.Responsibilities included the review of Architect's Design Documents to Owner provided plans and specifications for design intent.; attended design / budget / estimating meetings; plan flip sessions with the Architect and General Contractor; and quantifying elements through the comparison of Nassal's element lists to the Design Documents.

Overseeing the construction of two (2) Child Development Centers on Base under contract with The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).Resonsibilities included coordination with the Architect and Design Team on changes in the field; compliance with the USACE Contract / RFP; change order negotiations; chairing Subcontractor and Owner Weekly Meetings and writing meeting minutes for same; project weekly reports to the Sandford Office; and staff supervision.

Overseeing demolition and remodel work in the Public Areas consisting of: Carpet; Paint and Wallcovering; layin ceilings and grid; Elevator Cab Finishes; Upgraded Sound System in Meeting Rooms; Sound Panels at Ballroom Prefunction Area, CCTV Monitors; and Ballroom and Meeting Room Door Hardware.Responsibilities included coordination with Owner and Subcontractor's; RFI's; delivery and placement of Owner FFE; attending Weekly Owner Meetings; and weekly reports to the Memphis, TN Office.All work was performed during daytime with work areas barricaded off to prevent guest traffic into the various work areas.

Construction of a K-8 Day School (Design / Bid / Build), located on Tribal Land of the Navajo Nation in McKinley County, New Mexico, under contract with the United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE). I was broght in mid-way during construction.Resonsibilities included coordination with the Design Team; compliance with the USACE Contract / RFP; change order negotiations; chairing Subcontractor and Owner Weekly Meetings; project weekly reports to the Dallas, TX Office; and staff supervision.
