I am a critical thinker and have developed extensive key skills in senior level stakeholder negotiation, client relationship management, new business development, marketing, business strategy, project management and customer service delivery to become a well rounded business leader.I have been responsible for relationships with some of the largest fleet customers in the UK but have also had extensive experience working with SME’s.I take great pride in delivering profitable customer relationships that are run extremely efficiently whilst finding opportunities for my customers to reduce their business spend, and making sure they are compliant at all times.I have developed a real understanding for what makes customers buy and how as a potential partner you cultivate and develop the right relationships at all levels of the business.I am also an experienced coach allowing me to adopt a more focused approach to managing customer relationships and those within a team with the aim of helping people develop to be the best of their ability.
