Managing 25 National Corporate partner relationships to build and grow the corporate development budget.Working with the Director of Corporate Development to identify, steward, and onboard National Corporate Partners from underrepresented communitiesConsulting with sponsors to create the most strategic benefits packages that are uniquely-tailored to their specific needs and desires and maximizing their return on investment.Working closely with the Workplace Equality Team and other Executive Teams to brainstorm, plan and implement speaking engagements, trainings, etc for Corporate Partners and sponsors throughout the year.Work closely with the Workplace and DE&I team to lean and independently implement key trainings for National Corporate Partners virtually and in person.

Managing National Corporate Partners

Act as an expert adviser on topics related to nonprofit management, youth development, and program quality while participating in revenue generating activities.

Plan and provide strategic direction for Higher Achievement DC Metro's Volunteer Recruitment and corporate partnership engagement programs; to include leading a team to recruit, train, and on-board more than 350 volunteers each year, cultivating and stewarding corporate relationships,and generating revenue.

Manage an academic enrichment site to effect instructional change and academic growth while leading a team of employees to meet recruitment and academic expectations.

Utilized new and existing site relationships to increase parent and school engagement as well as to ensure a 100 percent higher school acceptance rate.

Develop and implement a plan to increase student retention and engagement by 80 percent while working to boost the local and regional profile of the organization to reengage lapsed donors and create more opportunities for program participants.
