At Chris Perri Law, I regularly handle both federal and state cases from their inception through final disposition, including jury trials, appeals, writs, and expunctions. I'm a member of the Austin Bar Association, Texas NORML, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Trial Lawyers Association, and Austin Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, where I served on the board of directors from 2014 to 2019.

I volunteer my time as supervising attorney for UT Law’s pro bono Texas Expunction Project. There, I trains law students on best practices and works with those in need directly. The Expunction Project assists indigent Texans obtain expunctions and nondisclosures of their criminal records so that they can better compete in the job market.

As an appellate criminal defense attorney, I specialized in legal research and writing, but I also handled cases from the beginning phases.
