Implementation and Training Consultant Oracle procure to pay project ‘Buy4DEFRA’, Customer facing specialist for iProcurement & eContracts system. Investigated, specified, designed and delivered end user training. Moved into an implementation role to expedite user uptake.Planned, co-ordinated, delivered nationwide training to Regional Offices using “road show” and classroom based format, incorporated continuous evaluation/improvement cycle Training feedback “very good” rising to “excellent”.Formally presented ‘Procure to Pay’ benefits and high level methods to senior team managers, focus groups & interested parties.• Undertook external implementation role for DEFRA’s wider family & internal customers, incorporating introduction of a ‘shared service’ model in the process. • Designed and delivered a guided learning unit and 2 comprehensive web based training packages. • Assisted in human interface improvement program, acting as Test manager during three subsequent upgrades/roll outs.• Secondary tasks included: IT Training, Advice and Support for entire (60 strong) procurement team, routine, statutory and emergency procurement activity, drafted the organisations procurement policy, assisted with drafting other core documents including service level agreements, KPI’s and ISO quality manuals.• Assisted in implementing an on-line contracts database (omnicom), acted as intranet webmaster, deskside trainer, MS Sharepoint admin, developer & system admin for project recording system etc.

8th largest UK accounting company. Helped various customers to move forward through the effective use of ICT. Involved diagnostic consultancy, specifying/designing training programs. Supervising technical and administrative aspects of subsequent training development – reported to clients at board level. Consulting base included RDBMS, System spec, fault finding and improvements to network systems, office apps, email and anti virus procedures, generally on own initiative and with limited resources but sometimes as a project team leader or member.
