Why People Centered and Process Oriented as a tag line?First, it's not as clichè as 'being a people person'. It's about a few things: starting a wellness business so that I can help people get free of what's keeping them small and move toward more flow in their lives. In the tech world, it's about feeling most energized when I'm working with a team or partner and heading toward solution. It's also about making a customer's life easier by providing them that solution and having it cut through needless tedium so they can concentrate on what's important for them.And that last part gets to being Process Oriented. Process is a pretty snoozy word to some, but when you focus on not just improving client process, but also internal workflow processes, the results bring an ease that energizes your own and ancillary teams. I always have internal process in mind, no matter the project. The agility here is getting everyone involved to open their minds and not let doing things the same old way mire everything down.
