• Managing the day to day operations for LIDAR data processing, NITF wrapping and data delivery to GDTS in support of NGA.• Data management of incoming and outgoing data. Recording metadata, amount of data delivered, date of data delivery, and archiving of data.• Developing and testing tools to enhance processing work flow for accurate and efficient data quality. • Data includes BUCKEYE (U), JAUDIT (S) and TACOP (S) platforms.• Responsible for training and managing up to 15 team members, along with interfacing with the PM, Security, Data Manager, and clients.• Troubleshooting any hardware and technical questions that may arise.• Responsible for running weekly team and client meetings, monthly technical reports, and ensuring program meets financial budget.

• Processed and troubleshot LIDAR data to final deliverables of wrapped NITF format.• Implemented a workflow for classified JAUDIT data--organizing and processing of LIDAR data, adding specific metadata to imagery following client guidelines• Operated raw LIDAR data into usable project data; created precise trajectories and LIDAR data strips to match the trajectories and data to create matched flight line data• Reviewed data for quality control standards • Supported and trained 7 team members in processing and data manipulation to where each member became self sufficient• Assisted the design and maintenance of a database along with data distribution for organization of incoming and outgoing data• Deployed for BuckEye program gaining an understanding of the entire data collection and processing process to further enhance analytical skills
