Provides research and analysis to advance CUSP’s mission of enhancing Americans’ health, safety, and economic opportunity. Responsibilities include monitoring federal and state policy developments, creating content to increase public awareness, preparing grant applications, and supporting the organization’s board of directors.

• Assisted representatives to establish and run a successful practice by providing full range of administrative support• Built, analyzed, and optimized comprehensive financial plans using client data• Managed the summer internship program, guiding up to 7 interns to build careers as financial representatives• Provided additional support as an accountability coach and mentor to both interns and full-time representatives to work through the struggles of starting a business from scratch• Guided the Fairfax office to significant growth in both new full-time representative and intern production• Worked as part of the firm leadership team to track and communicate individual representatives’ progress • Managed office processes including compliance with federal industry regulations, payment processing, and front desk customer service
