- Responsible for leading Gfinity's Esports Operations department, helping to contribute to an annual turnover of $9.6 million USD (FY 2019), while managing a team of 5 full-time employees, and up to 30 contractors during live events.- Managed Esports Operations for Gfinity during a two-year period where company revenue increased from $2.9m USD when CEVO was acquired in FY 2017 to $9.6m USD in FY 2019. - Oversees the delivery of Gfinity's esports competitions, including previously executed events and programs for EA, NVIDIA, the Premier League, Activision Blizzard, Microsoft, the NBA, ELEAGUE, Formula One, and dozens of smaller partners catering to both amateur and professional players.- Maintains an extensive knowledge of worldwide esports industry trends, programs, best practices, and competitive intelligence to share with senior leadership, which ultimately helps shape Gfinity's global esports strategy.- Fosters strong, collaborative relationships with internal cross-functional teams, like Commercial, IT & Development, Marketing, Events, Content, Finance, Legal, and Senior Leadership to achieve commercial and operational results.

CEVO was a global esports services and technology company which specialized in providing bespoke competition management and technology services for businesses seeking authentic esports engagements catering to both amateur and professional players.- Along with three other founders, transitioned CEVO from a hobby to an incorporated business (2015-2017), generating more than $1 million USD in annual revenue before being acquired by Gfinity.- Played a pivotal role in negotiating the $2.7 million USD acquisition of CEVO in July 2017.- Orchestrated a strategic revenue-sharing partnership with Major League Gaming (MLG) in 2016 to de-risk and reduce CEVO's financial exposure, while simultaneously growing our professional Counter-Strike league.- Partnered with CEVO's internal Web Development team to design and build our proprietary esports tournament platform, which was the foundation of the hundreds of tournaments we delivered for ourselves and on behalf of our clients.- Delivered best-in-class live and online esports competitions, utilizing a small operations team to craft memorable tournament experiences for players, fans, as well as our clients and partners.- Designed esports competition structures to drive increased year-round engagement and monetization.
