The purpose of the Technology function is to provide physical and digital innovation and services to the whole of bp group.

Running bp's talent acquisition function. Leading a team of 150 people, and making 7,000 hires a year across 60 countries, from executive to early careers hiring. Operated on the back of a strategic shift for the company which required new skill at scale, during a health pandemic. The scope of this role included moving into a 3rd party partner model (RPO), solving for DEI ambitions at scale and pace, as well as deciding to upgrade bp's talent acquisition into Workday.
