As the Director of Racquets at Southward Ho Country Club, I lead and manage all aspects of the tennis and paddle programs, including coaching, events, tournaments, and budgeting. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University, and I leverage my skills in marketing communications and strategy to promote and grow the racquets programs, as well as to enhance the member experience and satisfaction. With over 11 years of work experience in the racquets industry, I have worked as a Head Racquets Professional at Stanwich Club and a Head Assistant Pro at Bedford Golf and Tennis Club, where I developed and implemented innovative and engaging programs for players of all ages and levels. I am passionate about teaching and playing racquets sports, and I enjoy collaborating with other professionals and staff to create a positive and fun environment for the members and guests. My mission is to provide high-quality racquets instruction and services, and to foster a culture of excellence, respect, and camaraderie.
