A key member of the Operations Team supporting the Operations Manager in the roll out of the Invenio StopWatch survey system within the UK Water Industry. Key responsibilities:- Carrying out all survey, installation and retrieval works in accordance with the company’s Policies and Procedures, Health and Safety legislation and Environmental Standards in locations across the UK.- Analysis of all data collected, report production, liaising with clients to ensure complete satisfaction with end results, and overseeing projects from start to finish.- Maintenance and stock control of StopWatch survey devices.- Liaising with Invenio project managers, the operations manager, the analyst team as well as with client representatives.- Ensuring that all work undertaken is in line with the “Right First Time – Every Time” philosophy and ensuring client satisfaction with the complete Invenio service.- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time, including the use of PDA type paperless mobile working solutions.- Working with the Invenio R&D team on improvements to the installation and system performance.- Supervising, training, mentoring and motivating trainees and assistant field technicians within the team and training subcontractors as and when appropriate.- Overseeing subcontractors’ work to ensure compliance with the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 framework laid out in the Invenio manuals.
