I have over 20 years of experience as a wellness and fitness expert, certified by the NSCA, Crossfit, and Precision Nutrition. My mission is to eradicate obesity-related suffering and improve physical, mental, and social health for millions of people around the world. I have created and delivered various programs, products, and services to help individuals and organizations achieve their wellness and fitness goals, such as ABC's Extreme Weight Loss, Transform HQ, KEPT with Chris Powell, and my New York Times best-selling books. My nonprofit, Move One Million, is now practiced across 76 countries, moving over 100,000 people daily. I believe that movement and mindfulness are the keys to living happier, healthier lives.
