Assist with processing returned equipment Submit LNP & native TN orders via the Level 3 portal Provision/configure services under the Broadsoft platform by creating Enterprises, Groups, and users Proficient in the ability to understand call flow and configuring Auto Attendants and Hunt Groups Ensure that the provisioning is completed prior to installation date and equipment is received Work with the billing team to correct and update changes and additional services to customer’s accounts Configure and support advanced trial services that are offered to Comcast customers Provide trial status to the management team on daily projects and orders Complete migration tear down of legacy services to Comcast Ensure the port out report is processed weekly and customers are removed from translations
