Have been in the Electricity Industry since 1987 when I started as an Electrical Apprentice for the Hamilton City Council Energy Services Dept. I was a Faultman and moved up to Faults Supervisor for 10 years. I then moved into the position of Assistant Maintenance Manager in 2007.In 2011 I was brought into the implementation team of SAP that went live in November 2011. Some of my responsibilities were the functional requirements in Plant Maintenance along with the migration of data from MAXIMO into SAP.Post SAP implementation, I moved into the role of Systems Specailist managing and maintaining the SAP infrastructure. This involved functional support to the business and SAP Basis tasks (such as Server, Database, App servers, GUI, NWBC etc), security, user management.I also implemented the SAP BW / BObj and SAP CRM systems and am the main business objects (Web Intelligence) report designer.I maintain the SAP BW environment looking after the BW load processes (including diagnosing and fixing load errors), enhancing the data models and building new data models (including ECC extractors etc).I also manage the technical aspects of the annual SAP SPS patching assisting the external Basis support team.Specialties: SAP Functional (such as PM, MM, FICO, SD, PS), SAP Basis, SAP BW, SAP Webdispatcher, MS SQL server, Linux, Windows
