Having worked my way up from a Junior Quantity Surveyors roll from 1989 and taking the opportunity to build my knowledge, skills, and experience working with a diverse mix of customers, such as: Main Contractors, Local Authorities & Housing Associations, I have built two businesses that have had significant success over many years.Proficient in all aspects of leadership and management, including strategic development, financial planning, profit and loss, management accounts, building high performing teams, coaching, recruitment and selection, and stakeholder engagement.Although used to operating at a senior level, a passion for the ‘tools of the trade’ has been retained and is regularly utilised through several property development projects in recent years.
