During this time I worked with Teachers and Principals to develop systems that ensured continual, quality learning, ongoing, immediate support for Staff, Students and Parents and Online Tools and Resources that could be bought into teaching practise at a moments notice. The approach that we developed retained the rigor that was not as clearly evident in many other schools at the time, with our approach being praised by parents and other education institutions.
