Working in a team of 4 specialists the Sales Contracts Team was created to increase Arco’s success rate in tendering for new business by providing branches with a best in class Tender completion service. Responsibilities include managing and qualifying all incoming tenders, maintaining control forms for each tender and completing all pricing schedules and completing submission documents that encompass ‘best in class’ and are aligned to Arco’s policies.

Responding to customer queries and requests for information and action efficiently, Manage customer expectations and provide excellent levels of service, Under direction prepare in a professional manner customer contract reviews, Liaise with external sector specialists to support their field activities andCommunicate effectively with the rest of the sales organisation on topics relating to corporates and sectors utilising communication tools provided.

Emloyed to work within a National Accounts setup under the guidance of the National Sales Director.Duties included responding to customer queries and requests for information, responding to Branch queries and requests for information, managing expectations and provide excellent levels of service, Prompt accurate processing of orders and Managing and handle all associated administration.

Working closely with the Project Leader the administration work included invoicing customers, data entry of production figures, costs and sales revenues, chasing up orders and unpaid accounts via telephone communication directly with the clients and other basic day-to-day administration work.
