I oversaw a team of 6 brokers in addition to continuing to process applications. Reported to the directors on team performance and contributed in marketing strategy sessions and was tasked with implementing these strategies.Moved into commercial lending focusing primarily on plant & equipment for established businesses and new ventures. Main areas of focus were in the Earthmoving, Transport and Agricultural sectors.

Beginning to end processing of finance enquiries. Taking initial applications, performing credit assessments and product comparison's, settlement and compliance of all regulatory documentation.Regularly exceeded sales targets leading to a rapid introduction into a management role.

Beginning as an office all-rounder, I was soon responsible for overseeing the successful completion of finance contracts written by a team of 10 brokers. At its peak this totalled up to 100 settlements per month.Other responsibilities included face to face sign up's of clients, arranging and conducting vehicle and equipment inspections, insurance sales and compliance of completed files.
