As Executive Office Chief of Staff, reporting to Man Group’s incoming CEO, Chris works closely with the CEO and CFO of Man Group. Chris’ role is to support and extend the bandwidth and coverage of the CEO, CFO and other members of Man Group’s Executive Committee, in creating and implementing Man Group’s global strategy. Chris is a trustee on Man Group’s Charitable Trust and is also Co-Chair of the firm’s internal Black Employees and Allies At Man network (BEAM). He is also a director on a number of Man Group’s subsidiary Boards globally.Externally, Chris is a member of AIMA’s DEI Steering Group and has previously participated in a variety of industry body Brexit working groups.

Man Group’s Infrastructure department encompasses all of its global business units and staff, excluding front office. As Infrastructure Chief of Staff, reporting to Man Group’s President, Chris runs Infrastructure’s central office, working closely with the President and the Heads of Infrastructure’s nine business units, and directly managing teams within Infrastructure. Chris manages Man Group’s Global Corporate Real Estate & Services team and assists in the management of its EU headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. He also co-leads Man Group’s global insurance team.Chris is Chair of Man Group’s Corporate Sustainability Committee, as well as its Global Health & Safety Committee. Chris also supports Man Group’s Responsible Investing centre of expertise in a business management capacity, sits on its Adjudication sub-committee and is secretary for Man Group’s Responsible Investment Committee as well as its ESG Leadership team.
