I am currently finishing my Master of Science in Supply Chain Management at Duquesne University. I recently sold my business, which I operated for nearly thirteen years. I am a highly motivated former restaurant owner and operator. I have hired, trained, and developed employees in a clean, safe, work environment with the goal of providing quality food at an affordable price. For years, I have been increasing revenue and controlling costs in an effort to maximize profitability. Through a mix of marketing, advertising, and community engagement, Little Johnny's II has shown substantial growth.
