Appointed to lead Mid-Atlantic acute and post-acute sales area (8 managers, 87 FTE) focused on $230M in capital and disposable wound care, surgical, infection, patient monitoring, vascular, and sterilization solutions.★ Turned around under-performing sales area by implementing venue-specific solution sell and continuum of care strategies to achieve 99% (#5/9 Area), 98% (#3/9) and 101% (#2/9) to plan from 2021-2023.★ Organically identified and piloted program to increase insurance coverage speed, delivering a 21% reduction in month one and leading to national launch.

Retained following the KCI acquisition to lead new $275M US OOH sales team (13 managers, 135 FTE).★ During the COVID pandemic, played a leadership role in merging competing 3M and KCI OOH sales teams into one cohesive and stable sales organization. Subsequently achieved the largest AWC wins in 3M’s history and delivered incremental sales growth of $6.2M in year one.★ Led team to gain market acceptance of surgical negative-pressure portfolio in surgery centers and skilled nursing facilities despite limited reimbursement via private-pay and readmission reduction value proposition.

Selected to lead US AWC Marketing team (1 manager, 5 FTE) for $61M business post-Crawford acquisition. Then promoted to VP and senior leadership team to also lead US AWC sales team (8 managers, 91 FTE) post-3M acquisition.★ Partnered with sales executive to merge competing KCI and Crawford AWC sales and marketing teams, rebuild the portfolio, and create a “better together” culture, which drove 7.4%+ growth in 2019 vs. market growth of +4.4%. ★ Enabled KCI to remain on HealthTrust, Premier and Vizient GPOs by creating “less is more” value proposition to standardize portfolios to simplify education, improve outcomes, and reduce costs.

Recruited by former manager to be founding leadership team member for US wound and skin care start-up. Helped lead commercial team development (3 managers, 26 FTE), product development, market strategy, and focused execution.★ Built profitable, $10.1M business in 4.5 years (89% CAGR) as well as a $4M and two $2M brands from scratch. Additionally achieved full-line Premier and Vizient contracts during start-up phase. Subsequently, four of five focus brands post-KCI acquisition were Crawford’s.★ Championed the development and launch of a new private label, Boogie Bottoms consumer product that generated $4.4M in incremental sales within two years.
