I am a founding partner in the firm and joint Head of the Family Department. I am an Advanced Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.I have over 30 years experience in advising clients on all aspects of relationship breakdown and adopt a realistic and common sense approach whilst taking on board my clients concerns and needs.I specialise in divorce proceedings, separation and all financial aspects of relationship breakdown (including high value cases involving pensions and company issues) and also help clients to resolve disputes about contact and living arrangements for children.I appear regularly at the local County and Family Proceedings Courts but as a Member of Resolution and being a trained Collaborative Lawyer and Mediator I can offer alternative, more amicable, methods of sorting out your problems which may, in the long term, be more beneficial to you, and, particularly, your children.
