• Counsel clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including developments, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and commercial leasing.• Drafting & Review of Purchase and Sale Agreements, Leases, and Development Agreements• Review of Title, Liens, Escrow, Easements, and other title related Encumbrances• Restructuring of Real Estate Loans• Formation and structuring of Partnership Agreements, Joint Ventures, Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), and other entities

•Provide advice and counsel to the Dallas City Council, the city manager, the city secretary, and various city departments.•Negotiate and draft contracts to support construction, real estate, housing, cultural arts, parks, convention center, andeconomic development related transactions, and draft legal opinions, resolutions, and ordinances.•Negotiate and draft contracts for the procurement of goods and services, construction, engineering, real estate development, ground leases, concessions, grant agreements, and various housing and economic development agreements.•Apply Texas open meetings rules, and work closely with city staff to support the Dallas City Council and its boards andcommittees.
