Proven experience both at Board level and in a hands-on capacity with strong emphasis on managing change and business growth. A good team player able to influence and work effectively at all levels. With responsibility for all finance and accounting matters, roles have also included responsibility (solely or jointly, directly or through line managers) for HR, administration, company secretarial, legal, health & safety, IT and systems.
