Limited Mar 2016 - Jun 2018Ryde, Isle Of WightIn 2015 after the previous Creative Director left I was asked to assume his responsibilities, and my role was then made official in 2016. I worked closely with the Brand, Packaging, Copy and Visual Merchandising teams in the briefing process, conceptualizing new ideas, and then leading the wider design team to ensure all artworks are delivered within each campaign. A key task of mine was to bridge the gap with our Digital team to ensure there was greater consistency between our online work and printed literature, and I was responsible for signing off and approving creative assets.I lead the team of designers (both online and offline) and artworkers, as well as attending all company photoshoots, providing art direction on both studio and location shoots. I also played a key role in creating and delivering our brand guidelines, packaging guidelines and Brand Visual Identity documents. -

Senior Graphic DesignerSkyline Advertising Limited May 2011 - May 2012Winchester, Hampshire, United KingdomIn my time at Skyline I was responsible for working with clients such at Colt, BOC and Denplan. The work was much more business to business based, which meant it was more corporate compared to the work I had been used too, but it was productive to experience working in this environment.
