Chris has been working in the IT industry since 1987 in a variety of roles, such as Systems Programmer, IT CICS Specialist, Project Leader, today, he works as a Project Leader at the IBM International Technical Support Organization, where he was responsible for defining, designing and developing IBM Redbooks, workshops.Chris's current specialty areas are the IBM Mainframe, CICS in the banking area, service oriented architecture, business intelligence and analytics, and transformation solutions for banking, and Hybrid Cloud solutions He has excellent technical and architectural capabilities which compliment his IBM Mainframe strengths and modern state-of-the-art application and middleware technologies into solutions that provide clear business value.Chris has worked in a variety of countries in the world, and has been leading global technical teams towards creating high value-add IT solutions for years.
