Responsible for the advanced law enforcement training and mentorship to the Abu Dhabi Security Support Directorate. Primary areas of training include marksmanship with M-4, Glock 19 and shotgun for tactical operations, defensive tactics, close quarters operations including breeching, room clearing, and perimeter containment, community policing and patrolling, rapid response to high threat and volatile situations.

· Serves as the overall in-country manager responsible for the identification, development, implementation, and management of the organization’s program.· Responsible to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and/or Regional Security Officer (RSO) for all task order specific performance issues.· Oversees the development of an effective strategy to mitigate risk and maintain continuity of operations in accordance with the requirements specified in the task order.· Provide a safeguard to both the government and their organization’s assets, including intellectual property. Recommends appropriate standards and associated risk controls for the task order to the client.· Provides direction and coordination with the client and in-country staff in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes, practices, and policies throughout the organization to (1) respond to incidents, (2) reduce risks, and (3) be aware of and have access to information on any potential risks to the task order and all involved parties (i.e. financial, physical security, reputation etc.). · Develops professional relationships with CONUS and OCONUS personnel including, but not limited to; Embassy personnel, RSO and RSO staff, private security personnel working for other government agencies, diplomatic personnel, and foreign security personnel.· Ensures that contractors are properly vetted for their positions and that leadership positions are executing their responsibilities efficiently and effectively. · Coordinates, with the customer, to ensure that all necessary contractor support of protective security details under the task order is planned, provided, and maintained to allow protective security details to perform without a decrease in required performance.

Responsible for the overall status of Iraq contracts and liaised between the AMK9 executive team and the clients.. Directed all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participated in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinated the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acted as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Responsible for a 22 man security detail providing close protection for the US Army Corp of Engineers supporting reconstruction efforts in Iraq. Provided safe transport for UXO teams throughout Iraq with no loss or injury to client or security detail. Conducted advance operations to potential UXO sites
