I am an experienced leader who has spent more than a decade running and building front office IT teams and managing large projects. I have a strong technology background, and a proven track record in delivering mission critical applications in a fast-paced environment.I have worked across asset classes, principally focused on FX, but also including Credit and Interest Rate products. I have a detailed knowledge of a broad range of FX options products and their pricing, risk and lifecycle management. I have developed individuals both technically and into leadership positions, building talent pipelines and successfully managing succession and transitions. I have a range of experience sustaining and growing successful teams; building new teams for greenfield development; and in turnaround situations. In all of these I have worked to build cohesion and drive whole team performance. Throughout my career I have striven to build partnerships with the full range of sponsors and stakeholders. Developing with them roadmaps to balance long term strategic investment with the rapid delivery of tactical enhancements, and ensuring that systems align with, and fully contribute to, business strategy.
