-Collaborated with local agriculture producers to reduce erosion and sedimentation runoff on their operations- Applied and received over $400,000 in grant funding to implement and educate about best management practices(BMP) on local agricultural operations - Provided engineered site designs and calculations for various types of agricultural bmp’s  - Provided county staff soil classification determinations and mapping for the Farm Land Preservation Program - Coordinated with State agencies on Nutrient Management Plan Reviews - Developed and present educational activities such as field days and meetings to educate agricultural producers on Conservation management techniques - Tracked and record grant funding  - Reviewed proposed General Permit Applications and Plan Sets  - Construction Inspections to ensure BMP’s are installed as designed
