Born and raised in Fairfax, VA around small businesses and print production. In an era of fully automated printing services, I prefer highlighting the human elements that have defined successful small businesses for decades: friendly service, honesty, skilled employees who understand the "why" and "how", flexible communication, multiple approaches to projects, quick answers to questions, and the desire to continue learning and growing. Automation has its place, but so does a direct phone line to a person, or a lobby where you can chat about an idea, or a face with a name.Even through COVID, our print shop has shown phenomenal growth year after year in both numbers and knowledge. This includes thousands of printing projects per year for local businesses, school systems, non-profits, religious organizations, and individuals with incredible ideas. My goal is to keep that momentum going no matter how much our community evolves in the years ahead.
