Responsible for enterprise customer account, Feller UKs highest value client account.Managing the customer relationship and resolving any customer / production issues.Looking after the day-to-day planning and sequencing of all production processes. Working closely with sales, logistics and operations to ensure that all plans support the business and take both capacity and labour into consideration. Responsible for the creation of production plans (long term, medium term and short term), planning sales orders and stock replenishment into production and to timescales.Procurement activities to ensure that the scheduling of all raw materials for manufacturing is timely so that stocks and output are maintained effectively.Also perform all of the duties listed in the Production Planner/Buyer role.

Responsible for the day to day production planning, purchasing, stock control and managing the dispatch and transport requirements for Feller UK, a world leader in design and manufacture of international power cables and cord sets.Purchasing of all production related materials.Creating and amending bills of materials.Anaylasing customer orders and producing production control cards.Arranging all export/import requirements.  Liaising with Haulage firms to collect and deliver raw materials and finished goods.Printing customer labels and designing new ones when required.Responsible for purchasing sundry items such as stationery and safety equipment.
