Duties Include:• Web-based and on-site training facilitator of several online services provided to local government and utilities stakeholders.• Creation and upkeep of user manuals and instructional documentation.• Steering group committee member for the development of online products, services and user experience.• Phone and web-based support call service coordination and delegation.• Communication with internal and external development teams for the purposes of release testing, bug reporting, improvement implementation and systems integrations.• Job scheduling of print and email-based notice and bill delivery.

Duties include:• Developing artwork from briefs and seeing through to approval and printing• Liaise with internal and external clients, banks and payment agencies• Creating mock ups for the sales team and R&D (Research and Development)• Assisting clients to achieve their deadlines and requirements• Managing schedules and prioritising to meet deadlines• Proofreading• Creating imposition and workflow templates using AGFA Apogee Prepress and Dynastrip• Checking supplied artwork for print suitability and adherence to a wide range of specifications• Modifying images and logos for use by the variable print team• Creating Icons and background images for library self loan kiosk user interfaces• Writing procedures, JSAs (Job Safety Analysis) and instructional documents• Purchasing of CTP and proofing consumables
