Establishing trust and building relationships in a two day course is a challenge, but one that I am so far doing pretty well at. The feedback I receive via AQTF feedback forms, as well as Google reviews, are all very positive, although the personal thanks that I receive from a student on completion of their HRW licence course is more than enough reward. Mentoring younger students that are just starting out in the workforce is also one of my favourite parts of my job.The inter-personal skills I have learned in this industry have been priceless. I feel that former negative traits I had in previous roles have been worked on, as well as re-enforcing the positive aspects that have helped me succeed in my work life.
