I have experience of several different senior leadership roles within children's services. I am dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and young people through implementing a trauma informed and empathetic approach and aligning this to business growth and sustainability.I am now in an Operations Management role and have previously held the positions of Responsible Individual, Head of Care, Registered Manager, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Quality Assurance Manager in services ranging from outstanding to significant turnaround projects I now have a wealth of experience. I have thorough knowledge of both OFSTED and CQC legislation and have led a variety of services including opening and operating children's homes, leading large residential schools and colleges and opening supported living accommodation.I am a calm head and a strategic thinker and am very focussed on supporting and developing teams and individuals to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
