    First GTM hire at Vouch, alongside a small but quickly growing team, I was mainly responsible for: - Creating sales foundations for sales process, CRM, and okr tracking to handle rapid growth (7x growth Y1 to Y2).- Hiring/training/managing initial BDR and AE sales team to create a category leading sales and customer service team, this included: crafting compensation plans, onboarding program for new hires, implementing sales training tools, managing intercom . Repeatedly exceeding revenue, funnel metric, and NPS goals. - Activating new markets, a state by state process repeated as Vouch received approval from individual regulators. This involved creating up to date customer database, buying billboards, on the ground face to face with local new partners/prospects via events, and leveraging already activated partners.- Bringing the customer perspective back to our product teams so that we could create a best-in-class experience as quickly as possible. This was early days for the product, and partly this was also about flagging quickly issues/concerns that we could tweak to make the customer journey smoother.
