I manage part of the IT department for Paul Mueller Company.

I had various roles here. I started as a worker and then when we opened a new facility I went to the new location and quickly became a trainer. I helped develop/write operations and safety SOPs as well as several process improvement projects. I ran the receiving warehouse during my time there and was a supervisor also.

I was a site manager. At the time, the company was called Ag Forte. I was responsible for employees, payroll, scheduling, facility maintenance and overall general functions and profitability of the location.

I worked as a process specialist which involves picking what products we were going to make during my shift and coordinating the employees to accomplish the mission ahead. I also ran process improvement projects and kaizen events.

I was an aircraft mechanic, working on various military airframes. I had various positions here, from general worker to aircraft lead. We did specialty projects that took a lot of time and coordination.
