Managing all aspects of sales to the client base and new clients from prospect to completion. Development of all proposals and handling of all negotiations with clients. Setting and monitoring all sales targets and budgets. Project management of all new installations and upgrades to existing clients. Coordination and monitoring of all maintenance required by the customer base. Processing high volume documentation related to sales, these include: quotes, job sheets, invoices, purchase orders and various other client / company specific documentation. All job costing and profit analysis. Maintaining CRM database by creating opportunities for sales, loading of all sales documentation in order to ensure data integrity and accuracy for future sales. All general administration and logistics. Resolving of clients queries and concerns by using creative problem solving skills to ensure healthy client relationship. Liaising with Stacey Europe regarding orders, collections, marketing, pricing, and new product launches, as well as providing feedback on SA market.  Coordinating all proof of concepts.  Management of the national dealer channel including updating on new innovations & products and enlisting new partners.  Travelling throughout SA to attend to meetings when required. Product research and software development.  Entertaining clients and partners.
