2nd Line/3rd Line Desk side/Server support for three of the agency’s regions, as the team got formed. Was heavily involved with 2003 domain migration and creation of three tier support arrangement. Supported roughly about 500 clients mostly XP. Managed and maintained remote office locations through a series of VPN & MPLS connections which has required in depth knowledge of firewall technology. Involved in disaster recovery projects and gained a thorough understanding of how the agency works.

Responsible for IT support with IT manager for over 300 users. This included desktop support (xp, and office), a exchange 2003 environment, citrix & SQL servers platform, WAN, firewalls, unix servers and company web site. Maintenance for sql based Finance package and all IT functions for the company in its group office and five regional offices positioned through the UK.
