Consolidated and took ownership of 5 European deployments (Kinsale, Sesto, Fegersheim/Giessen, and Alcobendas), Mexico, and Clinton site deployments from an infrastructure perspective ensuring infrastructure roadmap requirements for physical and virtual servers running Windows and Linux were consistently followed, successfully prioritized, and executed according to project timelines. Orchestrated the server procurement process and facilitated the completion, installation and qualifications between a third party European vendor (RichardsonEyes), Lilly manufacturing affiliate business/platform teams, and Lilly North American and European infrastructure teams across 40+ production and non-production servers.Managed and executed the installation of EIS and Darwin infrastructure hardware and application software for Darwin across 38 non-production and production application instances consisting of 138 Windows and Linux physical and virtual servers in Europe and North America.Identified and resolved technology roadmap requirements not fulfilled, as required, when infrastructure was released to application teams. Reduced installation re-work that would have resulted later in the installation process. Developed and executed environment change management procedures for production and staging environments by: 1) creating change requests for each production deployment; 2) identifying and creating all required installation test sets and IVIs; 3) creating environment status installation records to facilitate general team visibility and installer visibility between Zone 1 and Zone 2.Coordintated the deployment of high-availability Database Clustering and server Virtualization.

Processes developed increased data integrity though monitoring procedures and facilitated the full transition of MDI support to TCS.Developed support team’s on-boarding process which was used for all new contractor and Lilly personnel. Coordinated training of contract personnel on loading interfaces, publications, error monitoring and reporting. Managed several contract resources, both on-shore and offshore, for the MDI error monitoring and backlog resolution.Organized and facilitated daily stabilization meetings following MDI R7 and R8 and drove issues to resolution. Held lesson-learned sessions for these releases and did this with a TCS team that was constantly changing.
